Abstrak

An agency needs to conduct an assessment of the performance of non-ASN employees to improve the quality of human resources and work productivity. Many Non-ASN employees who have worked for a long time in an agency have experienced a decrease in their performance level so that it can affect the development of the agency. In assessing the performance of Non-ASN employees, agencies know the quality of each employee's performance, so that agencies can evaluate for the contract extension process. The decision support system taken can assist an agency in conducting an assessment of Non-ASN employees using the Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. TOPSIS is an alternative to making decisions by adding several criteria that can produce an assessment that is carried out according to the needs of the agency. In this study, fifteen non-ASN employees who work at the Nganjuk Regency Communication and Information Office were tested by calculating the results of the assessment of each criterion according to the eight steps that have been determined. The results obtained from the fifteen employees assessed selected the top three including Rendra Alfathridho 0.7618%, Diah Ayu Prameswari 0.6182%, and Miftakhul Janah has a value of 0.6156% so that the highest value falls on Rendra Alfathridho where the calculation is obtained from testing between the system and reality by producing the same value but more effective when using system calculations, so this system can help agencies in making good employee performance appraisal decisions as a condition for contract extension at the agency.
